Feed back

Toady I got three people to test 4 levels of my my game out and I got a mixed bag of feedback. The first guy got them all but took a little while. He found that when the sounds intertwined and a beat played in both ear at the same time threw him off.
The second person found it really difficult. She didn't understand what to repeat so I need to explain the rules a lot better. Her reaction was to get angry and confused so possibly I could test also how it makes people feel and record their reactions
The third person was also confused but I played each sound on a loop over and over so she got it in the end. If it's in the Atrium I'd play each level on repeat then people could decide when they've figured it out and change it rather than me making a set allowed time for them to listen and figure it out.

I also noticed people cupped their ears to block out the outside sounds so I should use some kind of earphone earmuff combination to enhance the sound and make it easier to listen to

I also realised that I need to have a solid object rather than just a iPod and making them clap.
I'm not sure if I can afford two drums but it would be awesome if I set it out with a low box with two drums on each side with an iPod in the middle as I really need to focus a lot on the aesthetic side to it aswell.

Also if I'm not there I'd need to have a small booklet containing the rules and answers to the levels so that the experiment is able to stand alone without me.
