Wellington vs Italy

I think wellington houses show a story of colonisation a bit more than the shacks of Italy and cool potentially look really cool if I can code them well enough. Both of the layouts of the city have the same gradient in house distribution so they could both look good as a final image
I think the main difference is the colours. Wellington colours are a lot more dull where as the italy colours are super expressive and vibrant . There are aspects of colour in wellington which could work better because it's less in your face and more clean and simple -  which I like a lot when designing stuff.
If I were to do the wellington houses I could have a few pastel houses and coloured roofs so it's exciting but not too much
